20th Television
Compiled by Matt Williams, James Stanley Barr and Nicholas Aczel
Logo captures by Eric S. and V of Doom
Editions by V of Doom, Mr. Logo Lord, and Shadeed A. Kelly
Video captures courtesy of JohnnyL80 and DylanMan10
Background: This television division was formed in 1992 by 20th Century Fox and Fox Television Stations, divisions of News Corporation. 20th Television also produces their own programs and distributes them across the nation.
(1992-)

Nicknames: "Tower of Tepidity", "CGI Searchlights", "Zooming Tower"
Logo: We see a close-up of the familiar Fox structure, but now it's in CGI and reads "20th TELEVISION", with the line below that (that would normally be reserved for "FOX") replaced by a simple golden square. The logo zooms out to the familiar Fox logo distance. In the logo's early years, the zoom-out appeared to be slower.
Variants:
Byline: "A NEWS CORPORATION COMPANY" began appearing below the logo in 1994.
FX: The logo zooming out. However, on local reruns of South Park and TBS's reruns of Yes, Dear with split-screen credits, there is no animation at all.
Music/Sounds:
Music/Sound Variants:
Availability: Plastered onto most every show Fox distributes, even classic shows. Also, the opening variant is very rare, being seen only on the movie An Unmarried Woman (1978).
Scare Factor: Depending on the logo variant:

The logo zooms out to the familiar Fox logo distance. In the logo's early years, the zoom-out appeared to be slower.
Variants:
- An opening variant exists; the logo is the same, only the zoom-out is very slow and choppy, and it's completely silent.
- On local reruns of South Park and TBS's split-screen credits of Yes, Dear, the logo appears as usual without animation during the TBS "(SERIES NAME HERE) Starts Right Now!" bumper, even with vanity cards.
Byline: "A NEWS CORPORATION COMPANY" began appearing below the logo in 1994.
FX: The logo zooming out. However, on local reruns of South Park and TBS's reruns of Yes, Dear with split-screen credits, there is no animation at all.
Music/Sounds:
- 1992-1995: The remasterized 1988 jingle.
- 1995-: The re-arranged and re-recorded variant of the 1988 jingle by Bruce Broughton.
- 1997-: A re-arranged and a re-recorded warp speed variant of the 1961 jingle.
Music/Sound Variants:
- There was a low tone of the remastered 1988 theme from 1992-1995 on reruns of Dynasty.
- On post-2002 reruns of Cops, the 1995 20th Century Fox Television theme was used.
- Same as before, on co-produced Steven Bochco shows, it used the ending part of the SBP logo theme.
Availability: Plastered onto most every show Fox distributes, even classic shows. Also, the opening variant is very rare, being seen only on the movie An Unmarried Woman (1978).
Scare Factor: Depending on the logo variant:
- 1992-1995: None.
- 1995-: Low.
- 1997-: Low to medium.
- Low for the opening variant.
