Background: Originally, it was a production and distribution arm of the ABC Television Network for ABC off-network programs from 1957 to 1973, being renamed after as Worldvision Enterprises, Inc..
1st Logo
(1957-1973)

Logo: Originally in 1957, ABC Films didn't use a logo, but on 26 Men they used a disclaimer on the bottom of the end credits:
But until 1959 on such shows like Alcoa Presents: One Step Beyond, they used a custom disclaimer:
FX: None; it's an in-credit disclaimer.
Music/Sounds: Just the end title theme from any show.
Availability: Seen on Let's Make A Deal (1971-1973) when reran on GSN.
Scare Factor: None.
2nd Logo
(1960-1969)

Logo: The standard ABC circle logo (with the letters in lowercase inside a circle, no doubt) and another circle with the word "Films" in the similar logo type font, layered horizontally between a wavy design around both circles.
FX: Unavailable.
Music/Sounds: Unavailable.
Availability: Extremely Rare. These were intact when Central Park Media released The 8th Man on VHS in 1991, but it's hard to find now.
Scare Factor: Unavailable.
3rd Logo
(1969-1973)

Logo: On a blue background, accompanied by a steady xylophone rhythm, the words "Distributed by" in a brush font is drawn on the screen. The xylophone is gradually increased with the words "ABC FILMS" in a news style font fades into view. Finally, the standard ABC circle logo appears to the left of the "ABC FILMS" to the accompanyment of a string "stinger" at the end.
Variant: There was another version without the words "Distributed by" above.
Trivia: Appeared on most ABC network programs that were in syndication at the time, as well as the Harveytoon and Beany & Cecil cartoon collections.
FX: The drawn text; fading company name.
Music/Sounds: The xylophone/string composition.
Availability: Extinct. Not even Let's Make a Deal (1971-1973 syndicated version) had this logo in their credit scroll. It was seen at the end of some TV movies from the era.
Scare Factor: Low to medium; the theme can cause some scares.
