I think that you're missing the in-credit version from "Hawaii Five-O" where that series is credited as "A Leonard Freeman Production in association with The CBS Television Network." I thought I might bring that to your attention. This version can be found on all of the "Five-O" DVD releases, both on the original police siren credits (this in white) and on the outrigger canoe credits (that in yellow).
Not only was that there, but there was a post-Freeman version, I think starting around 1975 (on the outrigger canoe credits) where the text was "A CBS Television Network Production--Filmed Entirely On Location in Hawaii," and then "Developed By Leonard Freeman Productions." The last season or two, I think, had much the same setup; however the first part was amended to read "A CBS Entertainment Production--Filmed Entirely On Location in Hawaii." |

(1965-1967) Nickname: "Zooming-Out CBS Eye of Doom" Logo: The eye symbol comes in backwards instead of forward in this particular ID with a grainy, black and white background. "C-B-S" are typed with a dramatic fashion in white. Variant:Color porgrams are blue. FX: Eye zoomed backwards and the appearance of the letters. Music/Sounds: A commanding trumpet with a menacing, cacophonous finish. No announcer. Availability: Extinct; seen originally on Hogan's Heroes, Pistols 'N' Petticoats, Hazel, Lassie, My Favorite Martian, The Ed Sullivan Show, The Lucy Show, The Andy Griffith Show, Captain Kangroo, Password, Art Linkletter's House Party, The Red Skelton Hour, The Jackie Gleason Show, To Tell the Truth, What's My Line?, I've Got a Secret, Mission: Impossible, Gunsmoke and The Gary Moore Show. Scare Factor: Medium to high, due to the music. |

I saw the ending to the new "90210" on The CW last night and instead of having CBS-Paramount's "Wallpaper" logo, it had that last CBS Productions logo mentioned on this page.
